fated.org is the company information website for Fated LLC. It provides information about our products (PQ PDF and PQ Crypta), open-source libraries, and the company. No file processing or cryptographic operations are performed on this site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on fated.org — including text, design, branding, graphics, and code — is owned by Fated LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Our open-source projects (pqcrypta-proxy, hmac-circuit-breaker, pqc-binary-format) are published under the MIT licence. Their terms are governed by the respective LICENSE files in each repository on github.com/PQCrypta.

8. Post-Quantum Cryptography Notice
Our products and infrastructure use NIST-standardised post-quantum algorithms (ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA). While these algorithms represent the current state of the art in quantum-resistant cryptography, no cryptographic system provides an absolute guarantee of security. You should not rely solely on any single cryptographic mechanism for critical operations.
9. Open Source Liability
Our open-source libraries are provided under the MIT licence with no warranty. Use of these libraries in production systems is at your own risk. We make no representations regarding their fitness for any particular purpose or their correctness in all environments.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
